A free school supplies giveaway will take place today from 6-8 p.m. at the American Legion Post at 602 Hampton Ave. N.W. Book bags filled with school supplies will be handed out, provided by the sisters of the Dozier Chapter #4 Eastern Star. For more information, call Jackie Brown at 641-1895.
