Aiken Tech manufacturing training center construction 'on schedule and on budget'

At almost 50 percent finished, Aiken Technical College's new state-of-the-art Center for Energy and Advanced Manufacturing is "on schedule and on budget," said ATC President Dr. Susan Winsor.
