A shooting at Augusta Regional Airport Friday afternoon landed a North Augusta man in the hospital.
The incident happened at 12:11 p.m. after a verbal altercation between two cab drivers who work for Yellow Cab of Augusta, according to a press release from the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
Alvin Warren, 60, of Sylvania, Georgia, was arrested after the shooting.
The argument, which was apparently over one of their customers, escalated and one of the drivers shot the other in the left shoulder, the release stated.
The victim, Herman Ray David, 57, was transported to Georgia Regents for treatment and has non-life-threatening injuries.
