More than a dozen vehicles were broken into Monday evening in Aiken.
A total of 13 breaking and entering incidents were reported in Talatha Gardens off of Talatha Church Road, according to Sgt. Jason Feemster, a spokesman for the Aiken County Sheriff's Office. Several of those vehicles were forcibly entered.
Investigators have been walking the neighborhood and handing out flyers in hopes to find some leads to who committed these crimes, Feemster said.
Feemster reminds residents to secure their vehicles to further protect themselves from having items stolen from their automobiles.
