Arrests have been made in the early morning burglary of the Boost Mobile Store on York Street.

According to a press release from the Aiken Department of Public Safety, investigators have arrested Carl Lorenzo Taylor, 21, and 20-year-old Robert Lee Jones. The two men, both of Aiken, have each been charged with second-degree burglary.

The charges stem from a burglary that was committed at the Boost Mobile Store on Wednesday.

According to the incident report, the officer responded to a burglary at the Boost Mobile store where the officer found the glass of the front door had been broken by a rock.

Investigators were able to recover items taken in this incident, as well as additional property reported stolen from burglaries reported at York Telecom on Monday and Tuesday, officials said.

Officers are continuing to investigate these crimes and additional charges are expected, officials said.

Taylor and Jones are currently being held in the Aiken County detention center.
