The Aiken Civic Orchestra will wrap up its season with a spring concert Sunday.

The free performance will feature guest singers from the Aiken Choral Society and violinist Caroline Cain.

The Aiken Choral Society, directed by Dr. Maureen Simpson, is a "community chorus dedicated to providing the best singing experience to interested and talented singers throughout the Aiken area," according to its website.

Cain is studying music at Georgia Regents University and studying piano with Clara Park.

The Aiken Civic Orchestra is a group of string players that Adam DePriest formed in 2012.

The spring concert will feature music by Bach, Bartok, Caccini, Mozart, Rimsky-Korsakov and Vivaldi.

For more information on the concert or to join Aiken Civic Orchestra, email DePriest at aadepriest@gmail.com.

Stephanie Turner graduated from Valdosta State University in 2012. She then signed on with the Aiken Standard, where she is now the arts and entertainment reporter.
