Area Churches Together Serving - or ACTS - will host the Aiken Young Professionals' Third Thursday event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
ACTS Executive Director Carla Cloud and volunteers will be available to provide tours and answer questions.
ACTS will welcome Aiken's young business professionals for an evening of networking at its headquarters at 340 Park Ave. S.W.
"ACTS is offering AYP members who attend the June 18 event a gift certificate for 50 percent off their total purchase in the ACTS Resale Store," said Resale Store Manager Kimberley Noah. "We are extremely excited about the opportunity of hosting such an event."

ACTS is a Christian nonprofit founded in 1986. It is funded through local churches; individual, business and organizational contributions; grants; and the ACTS Resale Store. ACTS provides assistance to those in need with food, clothing, overdue utility bills, prescriptions, heaters, fans, furniture and household items.
Currently, there are approximately 46 churches involved with the organization.
"Many people in our area are within one paycheck or less of financial trouble. Many need food, clothing, warmth, prescription medicine, home furnishings or additional assistance," Cloud said in a press release. "Reaching out in Christ's name to those among us who need a helping hand is ACTS mission."
Since ACTS' founding, it has provided food for more than 2,897,412 million meals, clothing for more than 74,094 individuals, housewares for more than 6,640 families, utility assistance for more than 16,270 homes, and furniture for more than 3,434 homes, according to a press release.
