Graniteville train derailment: Smell of chlorine and a hazy, green fog linger in memories 10 years later

Ten years after a fist-sized rupture in a derailed train car in Graniteville released a geyser of pressurized liquid chlorine on a mild January night, Troy Smith still remembers the smell.
