The bicycle enthusiasts still don't get it. A bicycle trail along a mile or so of Hayne Avenue does no bicyclist any good; it doesn't connect to anything except Highway 1, Dibble Road and downtown Aiken, none of which are bicycle-friendly. If you're thinking of connecting USC Aiken with downtown, you're taking a big risk - encouraging college...![]()
