According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
A 28-year-old Charleston man was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday after he became agitated and used profanity with officers who were writing him a citation for urinating in public on Richland Avenue. Officers were planning to write the man a ticket and release him, but he became belligerent and denied doing anything wrong.
A 33-year-old Aiken man was charged with possession of cocaine Friday after he was pulled over on Chesterfield Street for not having a tag on his moped. Officers learned the man had warrants in his name and, when searching him before arrest, found a white, powdery substance in his pocket.
A 27-year-old Aiken man was charged with driving under the influence Sunday after he was found asleep behind the wheel of his car, which was stopped at a traffic signal on Williamsburg Street. The man smelled of alcohol and exhibited signs of intoxication. He was arrested after failing multiple field sobriety tests and also was charged with simple possession of marijuana after officers found a blue bag on the floorboard containing a leafy, green substance.
A 33-year-old West Columbia man was charged with driving under the influence Saturday after he was pulled over on Hitchcock Parkway for reckless driving. The man exhibited signs of intoxication and was arrested after failing multiple field sobriety tests.
A 22-year-old Aiken man was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday after creating a disturbance outside a home on Jehossee Drive. He was also charged with failure to comply after running from officers and refusing their orders to stop.
A 47-year-old Aiken woman was accused of breach of trust with fraudulent intent Friday after reducing prices of some items at the York Street store in which she worked and taking other items without paying.
A 49-year-old Aiken man was charged with shoplifting Friday after he tried to take a case of beer from a store on Richland Avenue without paying.
A 48-year-old Aiken man was charged with shoplifting Saturday after he tried to take three bottles of cologne from a store on Whiskey Road without paying.
A 28-year-old Aiken man shoplifted several bottles of cologne from a store on Whiskey Road on Saturday.
Gunshots were reported Friday about 10:45 p.m. on Stone Drive and about 11 p.m. on Ravenel Street. Officers investigated both calls but found no evidence of shots fired.

A 56-year-old Windsor woman reported Saturday that a man threw a container filled with an unknown liquid at her vehicle that was traveling in the opposite direction on Colbert Branch Road.
A burglary was reported Sunday on Edisto Avenue. The victim said his ex-girlfriend entered the home and assaulted him.
A vehicle break-in was reported Sunday on Columbia Highway in Aiken. The owner reported electronics missing.
