According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:



A 59-year-old Aiken woman reported identity theft Tuesday after someone tried to file an income tax return in her name.



A 39-year-old Aiken man was charged with shoplifting Tuesday after he tried to take a flashlight from a store on Richland Avenue without paying.



Vandalism was reported Tuesday after an officer found broken windows in the front door of a home on Crosland Drive.



A burglary was reported Tuesday at a business on Richland Avenue. The owner reported damage to the safe and video recording system.



A vehicle was reported stolen Wednesday from Whiskey Road.



According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office:



A 35-year-old Graniteville woman declined to press charges Tuesday after her husband pulled a knife, pointed it at her and threatened her during an argument.



An Augusta woman reported fraud Tuesday after someone made multiple unauthorized transactions on her card in Aiken County.



A vehicle was reported stolen Tuesday from Old Tory Trail in Aiken.
