A host of prescription drugs were seized from a vehicle during a domestic call Sunday afternoon.
Deputies responded to an Audubon Circle home in North Augusta, and the victim said her boyfriend, who does not reside with her, would not leave the property. The subject said he wasn't leaving because of an argument.
The subject then said he would leave, but after running his name through dispatch, two active warrants were found. The subject was taken into custody, and he told deputies that pill bottles were in a vehicle that belonged to victim. Deputies received permission from the victim to search the vehicle, where they found five medication bottles with the labels removed in the truck, which appeared damaged and unable to secure.
Three bottles of amphetamine salts and two other bottles of prescription pills were seized. Torn labels were found scattered around the victim's yard.
The subject was arrested for the two outstanding warrants unrelated to the prescription drugs.
