Aiken Bluegrass Festival set to return this Friday

The two-day Aiken Bluegrass Festival will be kicking off Friday at the Aiken Fairgrounds, 561 May Royal Drive.

Performing Friday will be Doug and the Henrys, Town Mountain, Larry Keel Aiken Experience featuring Andy Hall, Jeremy Garrett and Jon Stickley and Greensky Bluegrass.

Gates will open at noon, with the first band scheduled at 5 p.m.

Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the gate.

Performing Saturday will be Taylor Creek, Delta Cane, Doug and the Henrys, Clyde's On Fire, Jon Stickley Trio, Larry Keel Aiken Experience featuring Dave Bruzza, Paul Hoffman and Anders Beck and Greensky Bluegrass. Gates will open at noon, with the first band scheduled at 12:30 p.m.

Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the gate.

General admission for both days cost $50 in advance and $60 at the gate.

Dogs on leashes are allowed. People can either camp primitively for $5 or in their RVs for $200; both prices cover the entire weekend.
