For their spring concert, the teenage female singers of Belles Canto will pull from a variety of genres.

Listen - Reflections and Connections in Song will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, 224 Barnwell Ave. N.W.

The concert is free, with a goodwill offering being accepted to benefit Belles Canto and First Presbyterian.

With a program based around Jim Papoulis' Sounds of a Better World series, the performance will feature songs from such composers as Claude Debussy, John Rutter, Sting, James Taylor and Ingrid Michaelson.

Pat Adams, the group's regular accompanist, will play the piano, with bassist Karlton Timmerman and percussionist Jeremy Woodruff joining.

Belles Canto is directed by Diane Haslam.
