Warrants are pending for an Aiken man who urinated on furniture and assaulted a woman after being confronted on Friday morning.
Aiken County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call at a local business on Richland Avenue at 2:15 a.m. where the victim said her boyfriend assaulted her at their house on Summerhill Avenue.
The woman said they had been using cocaine and went to sleep, according to reports. When she woke up, the victim found her boyfriend urinating on the dresser, the report read.
She confronted him, and he struck her with a closed fist, according to the report.
She told deputies she fled to the business where she called 911.
Warrants were submitted for the arrest of the man for assault and battery in the third degree charge, deputies said.
