Lanes are closed on Aiken-Augusta Highway, and traffic is being diverted due to a car crash.
The wreck occurred in front of Aiken Technical College on Highway 1.
Two people have been transported to local hospitals with one in critical condition, according to Aiken County Sheriff's Capt. Eric Abdullah.
Based on the scene, Abdullah said a silver Acura was turning left leaving Aiken Technical College when it hit by a Ford Taurus.
It is unknown how many people were in each car, and the accident is being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol, according to Abdullah.
