An Aiken man won big after buying a lottery ticket from a local convenience store.
The man, who's name was not released, recently cashed in a $200,000 lottery ticket that he bought this winter at the Kangaroo Express #3243 on Richland Avenue, according to the South Carolina Education Lottery.

The winner added he was watching a basketball game when he scratched the Grand Reserve lotto ticket during halftime.
"I just go lucky," he said. "I was blessed."
The Aiken winner claimed the last top prize of $200,000 in the Grand Reserve game. Odds of winning $200,000 are one in 600,000, according to lottery officials.
Kangaroo Express #3243 received a commission of $2,000 for selling the claimed ticket,
